I have decided to try and move back to hardware. (So an MPC1000 in place of a computer as a sequencer) The only thing I haven't been able to accomplish is to record the CC that I use to control some lights with a midi voltage controller.
For example, in logic, I would set some faders to CC 66 or something... and then record the fading lights.
I originally thought I could use the q-link slider, to build out the fades, but there are only w few options. I can't just pick from all CC numbers.
So - my next idea is to record the messages from a controller or something set to the correct CC --- will the MPC read those and then transmit them?
Any experience out there with advanced CC stuff and an MPC? Thanks.
