Issues Sequencing MS 20mini From MPC 1000

What I am having issues right now is that I wrote a sequence on my MPC to tell the MS 20 what to play, the sequence is 12 measures of 16th notes, for the first 3 measures the play back does exactly that, but mid way through the 3rd measure the notes will act wacky and only and play every so often, until it gets back to the first measure where it will act normal through the 3rd.

I have checked and there are no program changes recorded my midi cable is fine
