MPC1000 possibility of reinstalling jjos2xl

Goood evening evryone, sorry for my poor english, i'm french !

I'm about to buy a second-hand mpc1000 black with the JJOS2XL already installed. The seller bought (mpc with jjos2xl) him too second-hand, so he can give me neither the invoice nor the code cause he don't have them.
Then there are my 3 questions :
- If one day i have an OS problem that i need to reset/reformat the mpc or something else who destroy the JJOSXL, shall can i redownload and reinstall it on my mpc ?
- If a better OS soon goes out, can i install it by paying only the upgrade ?
- Can i prove that i really have the JJOS2XL legally installed on my mpc, by example connecting it on my pc wich is connected to internet ?

Jjosxl is licenced to the mpc itself,and the activation code is stored permanently inside the machine. So you can happily reinstall again without losing your licence details. Future upgrade discounts will also be applied automatically as the machine itself will generate the appropriate upgrade code. You do not need anything from the previous owner.
