Hey! I've been browsing this forum for a while, can't find any answers to my problem so I registered and posted this.
My MPC1000 left output is totally dead. The headphone jack won't hear the left output in stereo, and plugging in the jacks behind, only the right output works. I've tested stereo recording too, only right output will be heard. What could be the issue?
I've had noise issues from the right outputs too, but i've unscrewed the machine and just tapped the little ribbon connector near to the right of the main volume a bit and the right output went back to normal again. It's great that the machine works of course, but I hate it being limited to one output. Is this a massive failure in the machine? Anyway to fix this?
