MPC 1000 JJOS question

Hello,
I've had my MPC 1000 for a little over 2 years and I still have the free JJOS 3.16. I'm a little confused of what the benefits of getting OS1 or OS2XL are.

Basically my question is, what are the differences between the version I currently have and [JJOS1 and JJOS2XL]?

I'm concerned that it won't have some of the features I'm used to on JJOS 3.16. Like I've seen on some videos that when you record a sequence on JJOS2XL there is no visual lay out of the pads you pressed. Maybe I'm wrong.

Try them out, the trials are fully functioning apart from saving being disabled

Thanks for replying! Could I buy them after trying them out? I remember reading one of your articles saying that they were discontinued.
