MIDI sequencing Sub Phatty

Hey

Having trouble getting playback of moog sub phatty after recording notes using its keyboard.

My set up is:

•JJos 3.16
•Set up MIDI track (channel 1A)
•Program off MIDI On

•Phatty MIDI out to MPC MIDI in 1
•MPC MIDI out A to Phatty MIDI in

•Active track receive channel: 1
•Soft Thru Off
•Seq change by program Off
•Pad to internal sound Off
•Sync in 1
•Sync out A

MPC audio output to Sp404mk2
(All drum tracks are fine with ext source button on)

Sub phatty audio output through pedals and into sp404mk2 front input

(Sound comes through with ext source button on)

Sound comes through when recording the track, but doesn’t play afterwards. Midi light on phatty activates when notes should be playing and all notes are correct in the seq edit menu.

Would really appreciate anyone helping me identify the issue, new to midi and it’s doing my head in.

I'd recommend taking the SP out of the equation first of all, process of elimination until you know the MPC & synth are doing everything they should be.

I have soft thru set to 'Omni A' & send MMC set to A. Similar setup with a different synth, works all good for me.
