I'm a newbie here. I want to use the "Rock Steady" Sequence 8 pattern that comes as a pre-set on the MPC1000 but I want to change the default drum set program from the "Dry Set" to the "Time Set". I can scroll and change to the time set for a bar but then it reverts back to the pre-set "Dry Set" program.
Anyone know how to mix and match pre-set sequences with alternate drum kit and pad selections? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx.
