Intuitive Naming

Recently I've noticed my 1k pre-naming tracks for me when I tend to use a track with the same name (eg: i usually keep track 16 as a midi channel and name it Nord82, or whatever patch i'm using on my micro modular.

Now, whenever I go to name track 16 on a new sequence, it always comes up with Nord08 - this is very helpful as it involves less naming ... has anyone else expperienced this? Is it supposed to do it?

yes. for example, i was recording all the samples off a roland R8 drum machine, i'd record say BASS1. name it and save it, then record BASS2, but the last digit increments automatically.
