Does this happen to anyone and is there a way to stop this. When assigning a newly sampled sample to a program its the last in the list of sample already in the mpc. Where as on my mpc2000 newer samples are first in the list. I hope this makes sense but its a pain to toggle to the end of my sample list just assign a new sample to program. Any help please.

this is a pain and i'm afraid you are stuck with it!

my live set has near 1000 samples, so imagine what a pain in the a$$ it is trying to find something in amongst that lot.

is here not a button combination to go straight to the end or the beginning of the list of samples?

if only the mpc could create folders in its internal...

i think though the point is raelly to asign a new sample to a pad the moment you load it up. that's the easiest. but this is still a pain.
