I'm trying to find MPC 1000 compatible RAM in Canada so I can avoid paying duty charges and such.

Anyone know of a good on-line retailer that sells compatible memory for a really good price? If so, please post a link to the memory.

I'm searching and have found some ok prices. The only problem is that most websites don't list all the specs...which is a real pain in the ass. So if you know of something that works for a good price, please let me know.

Peace.

If RAM is at 3.3 volts....does it mean it's CL3? If it doesn't say the Cas Latency on the RAM how do you find out? Same with the bit?

It took me a few hours to find something, but I got it.

This place is Canadian. http://www.1click2computers.com Just cut and paste the part number into the product search and it will come right up

This is the part number for the Kingston Ram that works in the 1k: KVR133X64SC3/256

They got a decent price on the Kingston RAM. All in all it's probably less than half of what I would have had to pay for the akai RAM.

www.kingston.com go here and I'm sure you can track down this RAM all over the world with that part number.
