If you are using a usb hookup to pro tools will the usb cable transfer sound (play via mpc to record directly on computer pro tools) for portability without a soundcard?
aka: no soundcard with phone inputs just usb hooked into cpu for use w/ Sonar.

did no one tell you before u bought it? did u now do a little research before hand? sorry if u thought that was the case, i also hate it when i get it wrong too.
