Blue Box Install?? Problems on XP not a valid installation?

I just downloaded Bluebox and it wont install on xp... why?
The installer additional file is for 2000 and previous anybody know what I am doing wrong??
Thanks ahead of time.. and i did search and found alot of info but didnt see this one.

hhhm... only things i can think of is its your PC thats shegged, not bluebox.
also, on a serious note, the pc your using do you have ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS? or limited?

erm... maybe your windows installer is old?

i tried updating installer even though i have sp 2 running and all windows updates hmmmm. and i cant update the installer as i have a bootleg copy of xp and when i tried it said invalid serial or that might have been due to it was the link on the bluebox site and that looked like it was for 2000 installer update..
at any rate i will keep trying and if any body has any input please let me know..\\
