split stereo samples

is there a way to record two analog instruments into l/r record, then somehow extract two mono samples out of the original

obviously with a computer, but what abouut in the 1k alone?

I understand what your sayin, but I don't think that can be done on the 1k. I know of no way the 1k can extract just from one mono channel. But that would kinda cool.

Resample the main out twice: mono left and mono right.
