I am having a problem with Cubase on my laptop. Actully it never does what I want it to do corectly. When I sync up my MPC1000 to it thru midi, when the sounds records everything is all off. Sometimes it even mess up when it is playing. Anyway I can get around this quickly by having the MPC1000 sample itself and saving the loop onto the compact flash card. But I am also using a E-MU ESI-2000, and I need the loops off of that too. I need the loops to be just right, like when I did them thru the MPC1000. So I will need some way to get the MPC1000 to sample the ESI-2000, starting at 1:01:00 and ending right on 5:01:00 so everything will loop perfectly, and I can save it to the compact flash and rebuild the track in Acid Pro.
