corrupt files

All off a sudden im finding multiple samples that have been corrupted, is there n e way to prevent it, is it my flashcard? its a uckin 2 gig im not tryin to chuck it already! thank god i back it up all the time

check the length of your filenames or directory names. i've had friends who thought their flash card was totalled until they realized one of their directories had some weird filenames in it.
