Alright, today is the day..

I bought a MPC1000 a week ago, and today is the last day that i can return it and get my money back. I Have to decide now if i wanna keep it or not, and that's hard. I've made some cool stuff on it, and i like playing with it. I'm just not sure if i will continue to use it... I Made a sweet track for my ex-girl - she liked it alot - but it didn't win her back... So what should i do? give up the MPC (and go back to making beats with Reason 3) or give up my ex-girl and grow with the 1K?

well f--k you ex, one shes yoru EX, and 2, no females opinion should get in the way of your work prferences or habits. no one should for that matter.

if you vibing the 1k, then keep it

if you dont forsee its worth in the future and feel better off with reason or whatever software you'll eventually upgrade to, then take that route

dont ask us, we'll give you our opinions,a nd that interferes with the first point i made

but if i have to make a call, i'd say go with your gut, and whatever you have the most intuition with, as you'll be spending may hours behind your choice.

Well, i see your point - i'm a sucker.... - Fock her (biitch).. (They can really mess with your head!!)

But... I really love my music so no one can really interfere..
I'm just sure not what to do in this one...

gut feeling, if you dont think it will help you, then take it back as im sure it wont. you can do just as much and more with programs, but you dont have that live hands on approach. both have there positives. think about it quick, but if you are a little bit, even a bit unsure, then be safe and take it back, cause you can always get another one if you change you mind back. you cant get yoru money back if you decide to keep it now, you gotta keep it.

Mpc don't really lose value so you sell it on this site if the store won't return it. Keep it work on it and if you don't want sell it.

mpc1k losses a lot of its value...ie you can grab one at ebay germany for about 550-650 euros...

that's about 800 us? you can get a new one for that..

i put music altogether down for a woman before for a long time... worst mistake i ever made. now whenever i hear about someone giving up something for the opposite sex, i tell them they are crazy. music is and always be my first love. so i would keep the mpc

forget the b*tch, definitly keep the 1k.
