On most gear, once you're talking 'individual outs' they are almost always mono.
So, you just get them into your protools or whatever as mono tracks and just pan them in that.
So, yes, you'll have to pan things again, but that's normal anyway if you're using the DAW cause you probably want to add f/x and stuff too and re-adjust the panning as you do the final mix.
