Can the MPC1000 mix channels externally?

ive done a search but havent seen any relevant threads. Does the MPC1000 allow for midi control of channels? the MPC 2000XL only allows for external channel volume control whilst recording, sadly not during playback. Id love to use the MPC1000 along with something like the Behringer BCR and control the volume of each channel live... is this possible?

No.

But you can bus out six individual tracks and mix and pan them in real time with an analogue mixer.
