if you read the title the whole idea was changing the sample bit rates. i know that anything they say you cant get from reading the manual. but changing the sample bit rates was included in the paragraph so i thought to post the whole paragraph...you know what i mean???

if you know how to do it.well let me know.im a bit interested in knowing if this is possible they state it in their advertisment.
