Wondering about compression

At the moment, I dont have a sound card with multiple inputs so splitting up each track and editing the sounds in a multitrack program isnt really something I feel like doing. I was just wondering what some good compression settings would be to make my drums bang out a bit better.

Your question is broad. compression is just a start. Try adding the OLD TRUSTY 808 to your drum sample and it will bang.. or just play the tune.
