The other night I converted a cd audio track into a .wav file and then chopped up the file in fl studio, then i did a mass drag and drop into blue box, for some reason a red lettered warning came up in the note section, stating some kind of conflict. I transferred the samples and pgm file into my 1k anyways, and the samples seemed to play fine, i recorded a kick, snare pattern, but for some reason on playback the kick took the place of the snares i played, in other words it recorded as all kicks with no snares, blue box always works fine for me, does it have something to do with converting from audio cd, or maybe the naming convention of the samples?

Sounds like a problem w/ your filenames. The MPC only reads the first 8 characters of your filenames, so if you have more than one sample with the same first 8 characters, the MPC gets confused.

Try renaming the samples to shorter names before bringing into BlueBox.
