Wow, you spend a 1000 dollars on a sampler and expect them to just drop to their knees everytime you email them? Wake up to the fact that the world doesn't owe you shit! Stomping your feet like a little kid won't help either. The dude said to have patience, which tells me they will put the OS out , he could have said go ****. At what point does customer service include dealing with people who have functional machines? I try to come to this site to see if there is any new info on the os. Hell, I hope some day I will come here and there will be a thread saying "it's here!!!" But until then all the whining and bitching does no good. In fact, it makes akai users look really stupid.
