"Program" levels help?

After the new OS installation, my volume levels in the program mode went from my original setting @ 70 to 100, "im not inquiring about the master level either". Now all of my previous songs I've done are low in volume now and I dont want to have to change each pad level settin for my whole catalog....AAAARRRGGGGHHH! How can I set my level back to 70 abd still keep it set after I turn my mp on and off again? PLEASE HELP W/ THIS?.....AND THE MANUAL DOES NOT EXPLAIN THIS FOR ALL YOU SMART ASSES OUT THEIR
