can't load new o/s v2

wzup. i have been trying to load the v2.o update. i have the original o/s on the mpc1000. i followed the directions. i loaded v1.7 with no problem. i erased v1.7 to try and load 2.0 but it says"no reconizing correct o/s" when i'm hold the window button and rebooting. help pls

is the .bin file in a folder? if so, take it out of the folder then give it a shot.

took it out the folder...it worked.... thanks. do i need to load 1.7 even though i just updated with 2.0
