Serial Number??

Was going to register my 1000 on the akai site - where is the serial number located on the MPC1000?

it's the set of numbers with the ( ) around the number.

Cheers sparq - the only set of numbers in ( ) on the underside of my unit is only two digits.

Is this the correct set? - just thought a serial number would have been way longer - probably just wrong on my part though!

no, it's the set of numbers, so it's the 2 digits in ( ) followed be the numbers to the right of it.
