how do I save my loaded samples with my sequence?

Hey....I cannot figure out how to keep my samples loaded into my sequence so that anytime I load the sequence the samples load with it..?? Everytime I load my sequence33...none of the samples that i programmed into that sequence come up. The tracks that they were on are there but remain blank....please any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks again. Jimmy

I save all my stuff by "Save Project". That saves every little thing you have. Or you can save ALL Programs and Samples.
