Official AKAI channel for reporting OS bugs?

Where/who do I contact at AKAI to report bugs for the new OS?

and i havn't heard anything back,

i deal with customer support from router/switch vendors (cisco, riverstone, 3com) all day at work and most wont even pick up the phone without a valid contract in place

are the two addresses the same ?
(i wonder cause i sent two emails to the akaipro.com address but did not get any answer)
