Delay Clap???

Has anyone mastered the art of the echoed clap???
I know the 1000 doesn't have a delay effect feature so what's the next best way???I tried "layering" on one pad but isn't what I looking for..

dude, just upgrade your OS to 2.1 it has the delay effect "feature"

I have upgraded.....are u talkin the chorus or flanger in effect field 2??? I have fooled with that too..maybe my effect parms r off?? any suugests??

delay is in the 2nd effects field..

yup... still one of my favorite effects of all time. akai made that proper on the 1k.

no, there is an actual delay effect. read the new manual for the 1000 and it will show you where it is. i'm not trying to be funny but it's there.

yeah...I know...My pc is busted so I never go the chance to print it....
I am tryin to fiqure these new features as I go...kincos won't print it for me either saying that there's a copyright statment on the version I downloaded......
