Is there any way to make two pads "mono"??
as in, if i hit one pad, it will be cut off when i hit another pad???
does that make any sense to you guys??

you can either make multiple pads mono or you can make the whole pgm mono.

go to mode + program then go to the param page. it's there.

it only seems to allow me to change the setting for each intividual pad, not for a group of pads

then you have to change each pad manually. it doesn't take long to do that. if you have all pads that you want changed in 1 pgm, then change the pgm not the pads. (it's on the same screen)

cowbell, i don't know what's wrong with them. i just thought it was something on my side. i'm not sure if Tutor knows about it. i'm pretty sure he does though.

Just find it a little strange that if you are already are messing with the Voice Overlap parameter don´t have a go at the parameter below it, conveniently named "Mute Group", a name which implies that it might be something like the function you asked for.
