There you can practice until you get one with your MPC.
The day when you tap for a minute straight with the exact same velocity, when you can tap from 1 up to 127 in one number intervals without messing up, then you will be a true ninja of the MPC.
This function is to seperate the warriors from the whacksters, and Dannymon has already started to tread the path just by discovering it...

this is a very nice find, thank you. basically, it's an easy way to fine tune your sensitivity settings and velocity curves. i just used it to adjust them to my touch so i get the maximul dynamics for the way i play the pads. this is especially useful if you;re at all worried about breaking them, you can adjust the settings accordingly so you're no slamming them.
