Since I have updated to the new OS everytime I power the 1k up the mode 5(record) -> Monitoring is turned On. If I forget to turn it off and save entire memory then it saves the ipt file. Besides this being unnessesary sometimes the ipt file crashes my pc (auto restarting it) when i connect the two. How can I set this up so that the monitoring is default off.

I just read that I could reset to factory settings but i'd like to avoid this.
