Problems with Hard Drive

Hello! I've been looking all over the forums for a solution to my problem. Maybe you guys can help.

Just got in my 60Gb 2.5" 9mm Hard Drive from eBay, and my HDM-10 Hard Drive Kit. I put it all together and screwed everything back in.

Unfortunately, when I plug it back in, it just idles at the RAM check (128 MB blah blah blah) forever.

I can't seem to figure out what to do.

So apparently the Hard Drives crap, eh?

Is this what happens when the Hard Drive doesn't work, or is it something else?

are u sure you implaced it correctly ?
