ok i need to like delete the last few miliseconds off my sequence for it to loop better how do i do that

You can speed your tempo up a little and rerecord your hits. or you can use step edit to move your hits around individually.

you're not deleting miliseconds off your sequence, you're adjusting your sequence to fit your sample.

adjust the bpm for the sequence, or timestretch the sample...

If you must have a shortening of the seq to fit your programming it could be made by inserting a tempo change just before the end of the seq and give it a higher bpm, thus "shortening" the seq time wise.
