16 levels midi?

I have a keyboard hooked up midi to my mp1000 and i was wonderin how to use the 16 level function (tuning) on the mpc.Basicly i want to have my sample in the mpc and be able to play it across all the notes on the keyboard. i have the midi hooked up right but every time i press the 16 level button the sample still only stay on one note on the keyboard,any help would be apreciated!

be a chromatic program.

Use Bluebox to make a Chromatic Program with your sample. Save it. Load it up on the MPC. Now it should be spread across the keys.
