similar to mpc1000, but 24/96? anything?

Is there something that has the slimmed down size and features of mpc1000, but will work at 24bit 96k sampling rate with digital I/O?

why you going for something w/ that high a res?

actually, i'm looking into the mpc1k.
aside from doing drum stuff (i'm mostly using GURU these days)
i want to be able to trigger slightly longer samples at higher res...
so not just drums.

also, with this mpc1k, once you install hard drive,
where does it go? INSIDE the mpc1k? after that,
does the card reader still work?

if your'e trying to trigger longer samples you probably odn't wanna do it via midi but rather a live audio track
which we now apparently have, or soon will

as for the hard drive, yes it's internal and yes the cf still works
