Please do not reply to this thread just respond to the poll,
We want to determine the number of buyers for V3 so we can negotiate some leverage as far as future updates and bug fixes are with the developer.

i know you said dont reply to the thread but price is quite an important factor to me.

Well it was stipulated that the price is $30 which is very little, so just take into account that the final version is $30, thats all anyone knows at this stage.

Partly why the poll is running is so it could also serve to negotiate pricing.

no more posting please

And please no MORE crazy threads askin crazy questions like this. at least make it useflu or something like a few other people and Ant. Those threads actually had a purpose.

1k forum AGAIN is getting antsy about an OS update and starting to increase in the number of crazy threads and just like before, they will get shut down immediately and only the useful, informative threads will be left alone.

You're talking like he's wanting $500 for it! It's a measley $30 - buy it or don't buy, take it or leave it - what is it compared to what you paid for your MPC1000 or all the other hardware in your studio?

I think it's baffling - this guy has spent time and energies trying to improve the MPC community, only for people to try to get him to drop his price, and at the same time trying to squeeze guaranteed support contracts out of him. Has the world gone completely mad, it's insulting if you ask me.

You guys should pop over to Macromedia or Microsoft and ask them how much they charge per support incident for their software. Just get a grip and enjoy what's out there. For $30 it's an absolute bargain and quite frankly, it's just a great bonus for MPC1000 users, so don't look a gift-horse in the mouth and give it a rest with all the demands.
