MPC 1K FX QUESTION PLEASE HELP

Whats crackalackin...anyways...quick question...i dont have a manual....i need to know...there are 2 FX channels...i can assign say reverb to a snare...and say tremolo to my sample...just for example....now say if i wanted to E.Q my kick drum...and add BIT GRUNGE DISTORTION to my bassline....with Reverb on the snare and tremolo on my sample...the 2 FX channles are in use so i cant E.Q the kick and add Distortion to the bassline....is there anyway to assign FX to the pads individualy??....i would really appreciate the help...thanx...yall

Read that, and you'll know all you need to know, which would include the fact that you can't do what you'd like to do. You can only have two effects active at once (besides the master EQ and Compressor on the stereo out), in the slots FX1 and FX2. You can route the output of FX1 through FX2 to combine effects, if you wish.

put the effect that you want on the sample then rerecord the sample in record mode with the effect already on it. assign the new sample to the pad. Then you can add new effects.
