Program and wrong error message appear

ok here is the problem: i am loading up two particular programs on the mpc, and i get this error message: wrong file!!!

have this ever happen to anyone? if so what did you do about it.

You have your wav file in the wrong format. It must be 44100 Khz 16bit and mono or stereo. Sometimes wav files will have extra data, you need to uncheck the "save non-wav data option" when saving on your computer.
