Hello
Newbie here.I have read the manual several times and this is the problem that I have :

1.Sound Moude is set on channel 1.MIDI OUT from module is set to MIDI OUT A.
2.Keyboard controller is set to channel 1.MIDI IN from keyboard is set to channel 1.
3.Track 1 is set to midi Program NONE
3.I can play notes from the module
4.When I press record and play notes from the module, the MPC does not record them.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for reading my message

did you go to the midi settings of the mpc and set the soft thru as track?

i have a similar setup as yours.

make sure that you have your midi keyboard out plugged into the midi in of the mpc.

then have a midi cable running from the out of the mpc to the in of the sound module.

when you are looking at the main screen, in the bottom right corner change the midi channel to the one that you are using, be sure that you set it to either 1-16a or 1-16b since thats where you are sending data through.

Hey Cozy,
Thanks for the reply.
Ok.Now MPC plays MPC programs and sound module´s at the same time ( SOFT THRU is set AS TRACK, Type=MIDI; Prg=Off; MIDI channel 1A).MIDI cable goes from keyboard OUT to MPC´S IN then MPC´s OUT to module´s IN.Module is set to CH1 as well as keyboard...
One more push...

As for K3..whatever,
¨dude¨, I posted in a different forum by mistake.I am not a geek pro in computers and shit.Only know about old records and drums.

You should mind your business.Use your time for better purposes than replying posts that you, Mr.Expert, don´t like.
Thanks
