I want to buy a MPC1000...

Is it possible to send your samples to the 4 individual outputs as a sample. (for example: pad 1 --> output 2 en pad 4 --> output 1 )
Or do you have to work with the sequencer ?

I mean, do you send your individual samples to the outputs ? (like my example here above) Or your sequenced tracks ? (for example: track 1 --> output 1 , track 2 --> output 3,...)

Hope you can answere my question, I've only worked with roland gear and I want to replace it with akai stuff...

Your first example is correct.
You can send any pad(s) to any output I would think.

Yes, each pad can be sent to an output irregardless of other pads. see the MIXER section in the manual...
