Applications with support for midi clock syncing

Which applications have this? I know Cubase and Pro Tools, what else? Looking for something a bit cheaper/not so heavy.

Need to be able to mix/master/multi rack in the application as well.

How cheap do you want it to be (Cubase Se $99, Cubase Se3 $150, Trackton $99-150). It doesn't get any cheaper than those especially if you want some kind of quality!!

theres diff levels of cubase se sl and sx...100 300 and 500

hehe, yeah, I know what you mean, but I couldn't that piece of shit I grabbed to work on x64, think I gotta buy it and get some official patch or some shit.
