Wutsup everyone this is my first post. im havin a hard time. When i finish all my sequences, and set when they should play/reps/tempo, in song mode, my song comes out messed up after the conversion of taking all my sequences and combining them into one sequence ( each sequence in the new created song, doesnt play the same notes, and is a completeley diff sounding sequence when converted to a song sequence)

I read the manual, and it sed sumtin about Seq. Edit and the tracks order which i dont understand. Can someone please help me out on this, i searched the whole site and couldnt find a forum to help me. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Create a bunch of sequences.

Make sure ALL the sequences have the SAME track structure.

ie:

trk 1 = kik
trk 2 = snr
trk 3 = hhat
trk 4 = ohhat

etc.

Again, MAKE SURE ALL of the sequences follow the SAME structure.

Now when you convert to Song, your song will follow that structure of the VERY FIRST seq, and use it for the WHOLE song. The MPC will NOT switch around tracks during the song to follow a disorganized track structure.

Again, the mpc ONLY follows the VERY FIRST seq track structure, not the rest. SO, if they are not organized and structured the EXACT same, you will end up with the problem you described. This is the same for ALL the MPCs that can convert mulitple seqs to song, AND for several other machines out there.
