I"m going to start doing what sleepers suggested - just moving the "start marker" - that should keep the mpc's swing intact (not intakt). Later.

i have just figured a "solution" for the track alignment and the "swing" :
1.switched from the Session View to the Arrangement view in Ableton ,
2. adjusted the MIDI clock delay by syncing metronome clicks between both sources ,
3. than created Punch -in and punch out points, enable recording buttons of individual tracks ang the Global recording button.
4.Hit "Play" on the MPC.

the tracks record in perfect sync with each other and in relation to the metronome click within punch in/out points , without any warp markers.
the resulting loop sounds exactly as it was sounding on the MPC ( at least subjectively)

Good tip Electro - I'll give that a shot - I'd like to keep the swing of my MPC intact, that's one of the MP's good points! Good looking out.
