Getting Frustrated!!! Installed New HD - Buttons are Now ...

I installed my new hard drive and updated the case to the black one and now the damn down arrown button is stuck! I have opened the case at least 100 times trying to get it to fit properly to no avail. So I tried re-installing the blue one and guess what? the same thing! Any recommedations?

one thing I do know about this 1000 is that one screw was screwed in so far as to not catch and back out.

so the build of these boxes could have been better. I also notice that my MPC does not sit flat on the desktop. I hope over time it will...

Maybe the 2500 will be better...

This thing does not seem to be built solid. I was shocked to find how the buttons were made! Maybe a 2500 will be better. This thing may end up on Ebay!
