Deleting Off The Hard Drive

Ok so since I started I have been using my usb and computer to manage my files. How do I delete individual files like samples and program files without re saving if you get what I mean. Like is there a way to delete files when you go into the load mode?

Never mind I'm an idiot I figured out how to do it in save mode!
