recycle 2.1

I was wondering how you get your chopped samples from recycle back to your mpc cause it talks of some kind of rex file and i have no clue what that is. And is there a way to get your stuff back to a wave and into your mpc. thanks

If u export from recycle as cell instrument file you can export each slice to aiff then convert to wav in external program.... then load the wavs u want and assign em to the pads..

Alternatively, read the tutorial on mpc-tutor.com.. altho it says its for the 2000xl it works for the 1000 too.. very good tutorial..

You can export from Recycle directly to an .akp file and then go get the MPC program file at http://www.mpc1000.com/create/index.htm (it is free) and it will import the akp file and turn it into a .pgm file for you. It's totally painless. Good luck.
