im just about to upload my MP1k with the jj os 3.06 and needed to know whats the best way to back up my already saved data, upon uploading the new os i must reformat my hd, will i lose all my info????help yall!!!

MODE - SAVE >> USB
Transfer all the files from your MPC to your computer's hard drive......... Voila.
