If I turn the power off do I have to relaod samples again?

B4 I buy the MPC 1K I need to know if the power is turned off do all the samples have to be reloaded per pad....Even if this thing is tru I don't think it can outweigh the pluses about this machine...Please tell me all the disadvantages I May be facing...However, nothing you can say will affect me purchasing my first MPC.....Holla

I think you can save programs than load tha programs with pad assignments.

If you save your programs to the CF card you will not lose anything. There is a folder called autoload on the CF card and whatever programs you copy into there will automatically load when you turn on the MPC1000. Programs that are in other folders you just load manually. It actually loads fast. Light speed compared to the s2000 I use to have.
