help! looping samples

i probably sound like a dumbass but when for example I sample a 2 bar sample and i turn the loop feature on it will loop but only in the edit screen. But when I go to record it or rath when i am inthe main screen it doesnt loop any more. is there a way to have the sample loop when you hold the botton down. Oh I am running the new jj os if that matters.

Instead of RTFM i'll say:
Goto the program screen > select the sample in the sample field, press 'window' and select note on. If you've already set it to loop in the trim screen it will now loop.
