I was just wondering if anyone has heard about this problem: On the 1000, in the TRIM page, when I slice a sample and I try to adjust the selections with the data wheel (the start and end point), the wheel is turning but the selection is not being adjusted on the screen so I dont know where I am on the waveform... (I do have the most recent OS installed)

If anyone knows that would be great!

Thx!

I am kind of a newbie too, but I think it depends on how large the sample is. If it is say a 30 second sample, its going to take a while to move along the waveform with the data wheel, as it goes by single digits.

Try using the numeric option to skip around the sample to a section.

or

Push the 'after' button on the q-slider when in the trim mode and while continuing to push after use the q-sliders to move the start and end points (top for start, bottom for end).

hold shift, and left arrow button till it changes to a larger number, then try the wheel again....much better
